Use of the Platform

For Pet Parents

You may use our platform to search for and connect with verified dog sitters and walkers. All bookings and payments are handled directly between you and the service provider.

For Sitters

To list your services, you must provide accurate information, maintain active liability insurance, and complete annual background checks. You keep 100% of your earnings. We charge no platform fees.

Requirements for Sitters

All sitters must meet the following requirements:

Active liability insurance
Annual background check
Agreement to professional standards of care
Accurate profile information

No Platform Fees

DogSitting.com does not charge platform fees or take a percentage of bookings. Sitters keep 100% of their earnings. We generate revenue through optional services such as insurance and background check facilitation.

Limitation of Liability

DogSitting.com is a directory platform. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any agreements between pet parents and sitters. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided or any disputes that may arise.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or fail to meet our standards for safety and professionalism.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
